I am passionate about helping those who are in early recovery or who have recently decided to stop using drugs and alcohol. So much change and growth is happening at this time and I love being a part of it! I truly enjoy helping my clients learn to love and believe in themselves. I have faith in the process of therapy as it has helped me (and continues to help me) overcome my own challenges. During a session you might notice that I’m compassionate, insightful, direct, warm, encouraging, and funny.
The desire to find meaning and purpose in our lives influences our choices, behaviors, and perceptions of the world. Our past experiences become a part of our present and need to be acknowledged. We need to feel connected and understood by others.
